I bring to your attention an original educational toy-craft made from an empty box of toothpaste with a step-by-step step-by-step photo.
This master class is intended: for kindergarten teachers, primary school teachers, heads of additional education. In addition, such a Traffic Light toy will be useful for parents of babies as a useful didactic tool for studying traffic signals with a child. Also in the kindergarten, at the school, you can organize an exhibition on the best traffic light, supplementing it with some original elements, for example, attaching a cap, pens, etc.
For traffic lights you need to spend not so much time. And the material from which the toy will be made is quite simple and accessible to everyone. In general, there are no boundaries for fantasy, so go ahead to the fabulous country of traffic!
For manufacturing, you will need the following equipment: colored paper (red, yellow, green), one white A4 sheet, PVA glue (or glue stick), scissors, an empty toothpaste box, a simple pencil, a ruler, an awl (for making a hole at a traffic light), a cover from a cream or deodorant (for drawing colored circles), a fixture for a balloon on a plastic leg (a toy will stand on it).

Work description
Step No. 1. On a white sheet with a simple pencil and ruler, draw lines corresponding to the size of the box from the toothpaste.

Note. For young children, templates can be prepared in advance.
Step No. 2. Using scissors, cut the workpiece along the outer edges (contour), which will be needed for gluing the box.

Step number 3. We bend the paper along the lines so that the corners during gluing the box were smooth and clear.

Step number 4. Glue a white blank on the box.

Step number 5. A simple pencil on the base of the traffic light (on the one hand) we outline the place for the hole, and then pierce with an awl.

Step number 6. On the colored sheets - red, yellow, green, we apply the cream cover and circle around it with a simple pencil.

Step number 7. Cut out the colored colored circles with scissors and glue them on the traffic light with glue-pencil in the correct sequence: red, yellow, green.

Step No. 8. We insert a plastic leg with a round base into the hole made (a device for a balloon).

That's what the traffic light turned out to be! Such an educational volumetric toy is sure to attract the child not only to the game, but will also be interesting to him when learning the rules of the road! Note. For better traffic light stability, it is better to slightly shorten the plastic leg with scissors.
And to study the signals, you can supplement the toy from different sides with any one color - red, yellow and green, so that children can alternately name a certain color and what it means.
