To make three bars of a beautiful soap with the scent of ylang-ylang and cute curls you will need:
- White soap base
- Transparent soap base
- Dye orange
- Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
- Alcohol in spray
- Mold for filling
- Plastic cup (not to be confused with plastic!) And a plastic or wooden stick
- Figured knife
To begin with, we will make the so-called "curls." There are two ways to make them, the simplest: grate a white base on a coarse grater. But not like rubbing a carrot, but holding a bar of soap from top to bottom along the entire length of the grater so that the curls turn out to be more authentic. The second way is to carefully scrape them off with a knife. Place the resulting chips in a mold so that the entire bottom is covered. The form used here is a regular food container.
Next, proceed to the manufacture of the fill. Cut the transparent base into cubes and fold into a glass.
Put the microwave on medium power and place a glass with the main one in its center. Every 20-30 seconds of melting, open the door to check the condition of the base, and stir it periodically. Caution: do not allow the base to boil, otherwise the soap will lose its moisturizing properties. It is better if the base is left melted pieces. They melt completely when stirring the base with a stick. Add a few drops of oil to the molten base to give the soap cosmetic properties and a seductive aroma. Next is the dye. Just a few drops of dye are enough. However, adjust the color intensity yourself, gradually adding a drop of dye.
It's time to start pouring the form. Before pouring white chips with an orange base, it must be thoroughly sprinkled with alcohol. Otherwise, it may turn out that the base "does not grasp" with curls and they will fall off. It's okay if the first time you did not have the basis to fill the entire volume of the form. In this case, repeat the process of melting in the microwave, adding dye and essential oil. Before pouring the second layer of filling, do not forget to use alcohol.
Soap solidification time - depending on the thickness of the layer. The thinner it is, the faster it will harden. Do not put the mold in the refrigerator, let it freeze at room temperature. The finished soap is removed very easily.
The resulting layer can be cut into cubes or squares - at your discretion. The shape of the rectangles will be convenient and beautiful.
