The bending machine is easy to manufacture and does not require large investments, and at the same time it is universal in application. On it you can bend strips, reinforcement, round and square rods.
First of all, the author cuts four stripes from a piece of metal. Then you need to make markings and drill holes in them.
Next, from a sheet metal, it will be necessary to cut a circle of a suitable diameter. If there is no plasma cutter, this can be done with an ordinary grinder.
The main stages of work
The next step in the disk is to cut the groove to the width of the strip. The author drills holes around the entire circumference of the disc.
We insert one of the strips into the groove, and weld. Then you need to weld a piece of thick-walled profile pipe to it, and the second strip on top.
The remaining two strips also need to be welded to each other, but between them the author no longer welds a piece of profile, but three nuts welded together.
We assemble the structure and check its performance. It’s hard to screw up here, so everything should work like clockwork.
