The main stages of work
First of all, the master cuts off the workpiece of a suitable size from the profile pipe. Two blanks 89 cm long are required, two 65 cm long and four 30 cm long.
Of the two segments 89 cm long and two segments 30 cm long, the author welds a rectangular frame. Four racks must be welded to it, and inside - a jumper from a piece of profile.
Of the two sections of the profile 65 cm long and two segments 30 cm long, the author welds a second, smaller frame. It is necessary to weld it to the free ends of the racks from the profile pipe.
From corrugated sheet metal, the author cuts the shelves - they need to be welded to the frame.
You also need to weld a U-shaped frame and also weld to the frame - these will be the handles of the cart.
The axles for the wheels are welded to the bottom of the trolley, then the wheels themselves are installed. On the other side of the base, the author fastens the castors.
It will also be necessary to make mounts to secure the shielding gas cylinder. In this case, the master decided to use a piece of the motorcycle chain.
In the end, it remains only to paint the structure and make a drawer.
