To make a homemade tilter for the house and the summer cottage, you will need a minimum of materials: three pieces of a square profile pipe, three pieces of a steel plate, and one furniture swivel roller. However, for greater stability of the structure during the transportation of various items, it is better to use two wheels.
Manual tilter manufacturing process
First of all, we weld together two pieces of a steel plate at an angle of 45 degrees. And in order to fix both workpieces in the right position, it is very convenient to use a magnetic corner. Then we weld together two pieces of a square profile pipe (also at an angle of 45 °). Next, by welding, we connect the resulting structural details.
At the next stage of work, we weld together a furniture swivel roller, a piece of a plate and a short section of a profile pipe. After that, we attach the resulting part to the bottom of the handle of a homemade tilter. If necessary, the surface can be cleaned with a grinder and painted. Please note that this design has one wheel, but it is better that there are two of them.
