To sew a sheep, we need the following:
• Felt light pink, bright pink, beige and brown;
• A pair of small peepholes for toys;
• Satin narrow ribbon of red satin in white polka dots;
• A small golden bell;
• Sintepuh about 5-6 grams;
• Brown threads;
• Black small beads;
• Shiny half beads;
• Lighter, handle, scissors;
• Sheet for drawing a template;
• White thread and needle;
• Glue gun.
To begin with, the first step, of course, is to draw a sketch template for our sheep, according to which we will cut out the pattern of the sheep. The pattern can be copied from the finished photograph (it is the size of a sheep with a half of the palm), the second option is to find the finished pattern on the Internet, but again, it all depends on the desired size of the animal. In our case, a sheep is as small as half a palm; therefore, a pattern can be copied, printed, and cut out. We cut out according to one example, and already on the sheets we measure out the required number of blanks.
The body, tuft and large cheeks are cut in two copies with a light pink felt. From the bright pink felt we cut out two sketches of small ears and small cheeks. Four legs are cut from brown felt, and from beige two circles on the face and two figures of the tail.
We take two circles, fold them together, take a white thread with a needle and sew these two circles with a spliced seam in a circle, approximately when 2/3 were sewn, we start to insert the synthetic fiber into the bundles inside. Sew the circle with the filler completely.
We do the same with the rest of the parts, fill and stitch the body, tail, legs. We are not afraid if the elements of the lamb are curly, everything is perfectly sewn with the help of a fillet seam. We put the ears on top of each other, turn them down and fasten with a thread, level them and get a full-fledged ear of a lamb.
Now with brown threads we make a loop of the mouth and nose, at the top of the nose we glue the sulfur bead. Eyes to the face with a glue gun. From the ribbon we make a loop and a bow, sew a bell to the bow. We collect all the details to make a sheep, we glue them with a gun. It turns out a cute, soft and tender handmade sheep. Thank you and thank you all!
