And you will need the following for making homemade popcorn:
vegetable oil (preferably refined),
corn grain (fortunately, there are plenty of it in stores),
icing sugar and salt,
pan (preferably non-stick) with a lid.
The cooking method is quite simple:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan (so as to close the bottom) and add one or two tablespoons of table grain (it depends on the diameter of the pan). Close the pan with a lid. Turn on a strong fire. Soon from under the cover sounds similar to pops will begin to be made. Upon the cessation of sounds, open the pan - the popcorn is ready.
It remains to shift the finished cereal in 2 bowls and sprinkle in one salt, and in the other with powdered sugar.
