Of the tools for work, you will need a grinder (angle grinder) or a manual circular tool, an electric drill and a welding machine.
First of all, using a grinder or a manual circular, you will need to cut the workpieces from the profile pipe.
Further, from the cut blanks, the author welds two parts of the chair frame: the base and the seat with the back.
Before welding, the edges of the profile pipes must be cleaned with a grinder so that the welds are high-quality and reliable.
The main stages of work
In the next step, we connect the two parts of the frame together. The upper part must be movable. To do this, the master sets a spring between the base and the seat with the back.
To fix it, it is first necessary to weld to the profile pipes pieces of a round pipe of suitable diameter (slightly larger than the diameter of the used spring).
Inside the seat and backrest frame, you need to weld metal strips and drill holes in them - for attaching the boards.
After that, it will be necessary to saw off the boards of a suitable size to make the seat and back.
Well, then it remains only to screw the boards onto the screws, after covering them with varnish or mineral oil. The frame needs to be painted.
