This machine is noteworthy in that it has a fairly compact size. Therefore, it can be placed without any problems even in a small home workshop.
First you will need to make a base for drum grinding. To do this, the master cuts a rectangular plate with a thickness of about 10-12 mm.
It is necessary to drill a hole in it in the center, after which a part of the motor housing from the washing machine should be welded there. The weld on the back of the plate must be cleaned with a grinder.

Next, the master cuts out a round plate of the same thickness - in it you need to drill one hole in the center, and 3 mounting holes for the bolts. Then the second part of the engine housing is installed.
At the next stage of work, the master begins to assemble a homemade mini machine. The base is fixed in a bench vise, and a round plate is mounted on top of the engine from the washing machine.
After that, it will be necessary to grind a blank on the lathe, which will act as a drum. The master sticks sandpaper on it.
